Delta Systems Develops ROPS & Seatbelt Alert Module to Increase Operator Awareness

Streetsboro, Ohio, Oct. 15, 2026 - Delta Systems, Inc. developed a new Rollover Protective Structure (ROPS) & Seatbelt Alert Module designed to help equipment manufacturers alert operators when key safety systems are not in use. The new module is expected to be available for OEM applications in late 2026.

The module enables original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to incorporate both audio and visual warnings into equipment dashboards or control panels, like a buzzer or indicator light. These components can help to remind operators to use critical safety features.  

Designed for outdoor power, construction, agriculture and material-handling equipment, the module features an IP67-rated sealed enclosure to withstand dust and water exposure in outdoor environments. 

This innovation is especially relevant to OEMs evaluating safety requirements ahead of the EU Machinery Regulation's January 20, 2027 application date.
