Delta Systems Develops Charge System Controller for Hybrid Machinery

Streetsboro, Ohio, Oct. 19, 2026 - Delta Systems, Inc. is developing a Charge System Controller designed to charge lithium batteries and support engine-control functions in gas-electric hybrid vehicles and equipment. Samples are available upon request as the company advances development of the new solution for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

The Charge System Controller provides continuous DC charging for lithium battery systems operating within a 60–120 VDC range while the internal combustion engine is running. Integrated relay outputs also support key functions, including engine power control, starter activation and ignition shutdown.

Designed for demanding outdoor applications, the controller features IP67A sealing to help protect against dust and water exposure.

Delta Systems will showcase a working sample of the Charge System Controller at Equip Expo 2026, October 21 - 23, at Booth #9078. OEMs and industry professionals are invited to visit the booth to discuss potential applications.
