Product validation is at the core of Delta's commitment to long-term product reliability. In its fully integrated test center, Delta's capabilities include temperature, humidity, salt fog, dust, vibration, electrical load, and automated product cycling. Two outdoor test sheds are available for extensive work with customer equipment. Delta utilizes a Highly Accelerated Life Test machine (HALT). HALT is a rapid and extreme test that exceeds the product operating limits using the stresses of temperature, rapid thermal cycles, and vibration. It is a quick and rigorous validation method allowing for reduction in development time, time to market, and implementation of product modifications.

Delta also utilizes the Servo-Flo 302, an electronically controlled meter mix dispensing system.
