Electromechanical Molding Expertise

Another of Delta Systems’ core competencies is injection molding. In-house molding capabilities allows us to control the supply chain and the quality of the critical components used to build our electromechanical and electronic products. Delta has grown from a mechanical products manufacturer to one that handles a wide array of mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic products and assemblies. This increase in manufacturing capabilities over the years has required Delta to make strategic investments in its manufacturing infrastructure, including investments in our molding department. Our molding department provides the following capabilities: 

• Critical part characteristics tracked via electronic statistical process control charts to ensure part quality and consistency
• 25 molding machines ranging from 25 ton to 275 ton
• 2 Insert molding machines, 30 ton and 40 ton
• 10 all electric molding machines
• Hot Runner molding capabilities
• Automated resin material handling system with regrind capabilities
