Delta’s rotary switches are available in two, three and four position rotation options and a variety of circuit configurations. The extensive selection of electromechanical switches enables you to choose one based on the functions you want to perform in your application. Rotary ignition switches can be customized with two to seven terminals or an alternative arrangement if the application requires it.
Each switch is function tested after assembly and is made of corrosion and chemical resistant materials to extend switch life. Rotary switches are field and lab tested for salt fog, dust, vibration, water spray and chemical resistance.
The switches are available in nut mount or snap-in versions, and both have an easy, one-step connector for quick hookup to the wiring harness. Snap-in models have a bezel that can include molded or printed graphics and can be customized to match your panel. Snap-in models require no mounting hardware - the wing flaps snap directly into the dash panel.
Key options include a standard, metal key, a standard, over molded key or umbrella style. Over molded keys can be designed with your company or brand color and can include an imprinted logo. Umbrella keys cover the front of the switch for added protection from the elements with the options of a wire loop key ring and/or multiple keys.
Typical applications include floor scrubbers, generators, welders, golf cars outdoor power equipment and ATV’s. The rotary safety switches work reliably in the most rugged environments.
