Plunger Switches: 1-Pole Bolt

  • LIFE AT RATED LOAD: 10,000 cycles inductive, 75,000 cycles resistive

MATERIALS:

  • SWITCH HOUSING AND PLUNGER: Delton™, UV-stable, fuel-resistant thermoplastic.
  • TERMINALS: Nickel-plated brass

FEATURES:

  • Wiping-action internal contacts are self-cleaning to prevent carbon buildup and increase life.
  • Mounting flange allows for fastening with bolts, rivets, or screws.
  • Each switch is function-tested after assembly.
  • Field-and lab-tested for salt fog, dust, vibration, water spray, and chemical resistance.
  • Sealed boot over the plunger to make the plunger splashproof.

ADJUSTABLE MODELS:

  • Self-adjusting plunger eliminates the time and labor required to manually adjust the actuation point of a switch.
  • Adjustment range: 12 increments of 0.035” each.
  • Force required to move the adjustment plunger in when the main plunger is “bottomed out” into the main housing: 5-7 pounds of force.
  • Force required to move the main plunger: 3 pounds typical.
  • Number of times the adjustment can be repeated (i.e., adjustment plunger pulled out all the way, and then readjusted): 3 times max.
