Delta Systems, Inc. manufactures display modules, modules and slope indicators, all designed for reliable performance in rugged, outdoor applications. Standard and custom configurations are available to fit your application needs.

Display modules include speedometer gauges and hour meters. Delta’s speedometer gauges are fully sealed and built with anti-fogging displays. Electronic gauges are solid-state for long life, and they are can bus friendly to integrate with existing technology. Meter gauges are conveniently designed with a 10-digit segment bar graph and large number display as well as a backlit LCD for night viewing. 

Hour meters feature a unique mounting wing design enabling easy and efficient snap-in installation. Electronic meters are offered in key-on models that accumulate time when the ignition key is in the on position or magneto powered, which accumulate time when the engine magneto is energized. Many digital functions such as a voltmeter and visual maintenance reminders can be combined into a single, space-saving meter.

Electronic control modules and mini-modules make up the modules category. Circuits on our mini-modules are environmentally protected and are available for safe start in recoil or electric start small engine applications. We offer configurations that can include operator presence control with or without a time delay, controllers with safe engine stop logic and voltage monitoring. Edge connector technology reduces cost, increases reliability and simplifies assembly.

Electronic control modules perform engine shutoff and safety interlock logic for diesel or gas powered equipment. Microcontroller logic is utilized for maximum operator safety and equipment protection. Modules can be customized to control a variety of functions for safe equipment operation in addition to reducing equipment wiring and components for lower installation costs. Encapsulated electronics and a sealed connection make it a robust product for your application.

The slope indicator module alerts operators to potentially unsafe conditions, helping to prevent accidents and injuries. Solid state MEMS accelerometers accurately measure the steepest slope regardless of orientation or direction of travel. Analog and digital filters smooth out the effects of bouncing over rough terrain. An advanced algorithm reduces false alarms from accelerating, braking and turning while maintaining a quick response time.
