• Quality – Delta has been certified to an ISO quality system for many years.  Currently Delta holds certification to the ISO 9001:2000 standard with design.
• Engineering & Design - Delta's expert engineering team utilizes professional project management and APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) techniques to develop solid solutions to fit your specifications.
• Program Management – Delta has dedicated program managers to ensure that we meet your timeline and specifications.
• Tooling - In-house CNC machining center which enables Delta to manufacture and maintain its injection molds and stamping dies
• Molding - Several injection molding machines, from 25 to 275 tons
• Stamping - Stamping presses for terminals and other metal parts
• Automated Assembly - automated workstations dedicated to higher volume products
• Surface Mount Technology/Electronic Assembly - Complete wire prep and termination workcenter plus automated pick-and-place surface mount assembly.
• Product Validation - Temperature, humidity, salt fog, dust, vibration, electrical load, and automated product cycling.  Two outdoor test sheds, new liquid dispensing equipment, and HALT.  HALT, Highly Accelerated Life Test (HALT), is a rapid and extreme validation test.
