Delta Systems Acquires New Meter Mix Dispensing System

Streetsboro, OH, April 16, 2007:  Delta Systems, Inc., an award-winning manufacturer of electrical products and systems, switches, and FreeRein™ wireless control systems has acquired a Servo-Flo™ 302 positive Displacement, precision bead, meter mix dispensing System.

The Servo-Flo™ 302 is an electronically controlled meter mix dispensing system.  It is used for potting or encapsulation, and it utilizes the profiled flow rate to dispense a precise amount.  Dispensing can be integrated with automation to produce a consistently sized bead.

There are many benefits to utilizing the Servo-Flo™ in manufacturing.  The dispense rate can be varied electronically throughout the dispensing process to provide varying bead sizes or variable flow.  The digital servo drive with closed loop position insures precision flow rate and volumes.  The electronic, digital operator interface touch screen allows for easy control over the dispensing process.  The equipment sensors insure shot quality and consistency.  The visual seal wear indicators keep the machine running at peak performance.
