October 7, 2005Streetsboro, OH, October 7, 2005: Delta Systems, Inc., an award-winning supplier of electrical products and systems, introduces three new products designed to increase both manufacturing and operating efficiencies.
“Safety and control systems have become more demanding and complex,” states Ted Wetzel, Vice President of Sales. “Delta Systems recognizes the need for more intricate solutions and has responded with products like our new Magneto Powered Hourmeter, Easy Mount Plunger Switch and 3-Pole Plunger Switch. All are new additions to our ‘systems-approach’ to electrical systems. ”
Delta Systems’ Snap-In Magneto Powered Hourmeter runs directly off the engine magneto, preventing the accumulation of phantom hours. The one-piece snap-in design eliminates mounting hardware and offers quick and easy installation. The Magneto Powered Hourmeter may be used on electric, gas and diesel powered equipment and requires no internal or external battery. Rigorous field and lab testing has been performed for resistance to salt, fog, dust, vibration, water and chemical spray, and it has proven reliability under harsh conditions.
The exceptional design of the 6750 Plunger Switch features multiple mounting options that increase manufacturing efficiencies: it can be attached to the wiring harness pre-assembly, or can be mounted from the front or back of the panel, depending on the application. Not only does the 6750 Plunger Switch increase manufacturing efficiencies, it also offers high reliability with its wiping action of internal contacts. This prevents carbon and dirt buildup, increasing product performance and life.
The 3-Pole Plunger Switch features three independent circuits that can eliminate the need for relays, thereby simplifying the overall control system. The wiping action of its internal contacts is self-cleaning, improving product performance and extending product life. The 3-Pole Plunger Switch may be mounted to metric panels of two and five millimeters and has passed precise field and lab testing.
Delta Systems, Inc. designs and manufactures award-winning electrical products and systems, offering engineering and design, product testing, and manufacturing capabilities for standard and custom solutions.
