 Custom Injection Molding Design and Manufacturing Services

At Delta Systems® we are committed to working with you to deliver custom injection molding design and manufacturing services within your specifications and timeline. As a vertically integrated, highly automated company, we can offer you onshore electronics manufacturing at offshore prices. We are a US contract manufacturer providing turnkey contract injection molding manufacturing services including in-house mold making, hot runner molding and the capability to process 15 thermoplastic resins, including TPEs. As part of our turnkey contract manufacturing services, we are also able to provide engineering design support and contract electronics manufacturing for plastic electronic assemblies.

Additional capabilities include:

  • Real-time process monitoring for quality and consistency
  • ISO certified processes
  • Twenty-five molding machines ranging from 60 to 275 tons
  • Two insert molding machines ranging from 30 to 40 tons 
  • Automated part handling for added value including ultrasonic welding, pad printing and heat transfer capabilities
  • Automated central material handling system 

Injection molding manufacturing is a critical part of our business, a core capability we have developed over the past four decades. From the experience of molding thousands of parts for our own products, we have developed the capability and capacity to offer contract manufacturing services to mold custom, injection molded parts to exacting standards.

  • Quick turn, single cavity prototype molds
  • Unigraphics NX6 software for mold design and CNC programming
  • High speed Makino SNC 64 with 30,000 RPM capability
  • CNC orbiting die sink EDM (Makino Edge 2S)
  • Charmilles 240 CC Wire EDM with hold accuracy of .0002
