Quality is validated using vision systems, sensors and software, and all equipment includes in-line functional product testing. Our software is the most sophisticated available, incorporating things like traceability down to the component level and real-time inventory tracking. In overall quality, Delta achieved the ninth spot nationwide in Quality Magazine for 2010. Companies were evaluated based on various quality metrics including quality programs, standards registration, scrap and rework, warranty costs and PPM to name a few.
